"Come on, you bastards," Sarah muttered under her breath, her voice a low growl. She took a deep breath, the scent of blood and decay filling her nostrils, and charged forward.

The first zombie lunged at her, but Sarah’s blade flashed through the air, severing its head cleanly. She spun around, slicing through another with a swift, practiced motion. The adrenaline surged through her veins, sharpening her senses and making every movement feel like an extension of her will.

As she fought, memories of the world before the apocalypse flashed through her mind—days of laughter and normalcy, now replaced by constant struggle and the ever-present threat of death.
