Chapter 130 - 130 Ch. 130 Richard Is Mine

“Clothes! Aaaa!” came another knife near her leg.

“Carry on,” Anxia said casually.

“Jewellery? Aaaa!!” Quinn would lose her sanity if this kept going.

“Try another.”

And so on until Quinn could no longer see Anxia because her eyes were filled with tears while her whole body ached thanks to Anxia’s throwing knife-caused scratches. Anxia deliberately aimed the knife expertly to inflict a claw-like wound but didn’t cut it deep.

She still didn’t want to knock her out of blood, and she didn’t want her husband to hate her for killing a member of his mother’s family.

Thus, Anxia enjoyed this moment as if she had gotten a new toy.

“The antidote! I will give you the antidote!” Finally, Quinn realized what Anxia wanted most.

.....

Quinn finally admitted that Anxia is Lori’s biological mother and knew the woman’s goal was to kidnap and torture her like this.

“Ah, you mean this thing?” Anxia took out a vial filled with a dark blue liquid to show Quinn.

Quinn blinked a few times to get rid of the tears blocking her view. Quinn was furious when she saw the vial. “YOU! If you already got it, why are you torturing me!? How dare you! You didn’t know I was... Aaaaaaaaaaaaa!!”

Anxia threw the knife once again, interrupting Quinn’s cry.

“I don’t care who you are or who your family is. All I care about is you trying to take what is mine.”

“I take nothing from you!” Quinn hissed, still denying it.

“I overheard your conversation with my husband.”

Instantly Quinn’s face paled.

“I’m telling you. Richard is mine. I’m not going to let a girl like you or anyone else take that away from me.”

Quinn bit her lip without responding to Anxia’s threatening words.

“I only want a child from him.” Quinn still insisted on expressing her will as if she had the right to negotiate with Anxia.

Anxia’s expression darkened then she picked up another knife, making Quinn brace herself for the knife throw. But Anxia didn’t throw it but walked over to another lady with a kitchen knife.

Quinn screamed hysterically and shook her body, making the ropes that bound her swing, and her body was hit by the knives surrounding her body.

If Anxia, standing at a distance, could throw a knife to injure her, what would happen if that demoness stood right before her?

Quinn was hung a bit higher so that her head facing the floor was on Anxia’s stomach.

“You could have chosen someone else, but you provoked me by choosing my husband. I’m curious….” Anxia fiddled with the knife in her hand in front of her stomach on purpose so that Quinn’s eyes saw the sharp object. “What would happen if I tore your uterus? Will you be able to have a child?” Anxia tilted her head to the side while wearing an innocent expression like a child asking, ‘why can’t fish walk?’

Quinn shuddered at the threatening words and innocent face plastered on Anxia. Is it true that Richard married a psychopathic woman like this? She couldn’t understand how Richard could agree to marry this woman.

“I don’t believe it.”

“Hmm?” Anxia didn’t have time to hear Quinn’s muttering, for she caught another sound from outside. It seemed someone had arrived at this place.

“I can’t believe Richard married you! You are a crazy woman! He couldn’t possibly be willing to marry you! You must have taunted him and threatened him!”

Anxia wanted to laugh hearing that. She threatened Richard? It was the other around, but Anxia was unwilling to reveal it.

“It’s up to you whether you want to believe it. What matters now is that Richard is my husband, and I am his wife.” Anxia deliberately whispered in Quinn’s ear while bending her body. “So, don’t blame me if you can’t have a kid for good.”

Anxia straightened her body and raised the hand that was holding the knife to thrust it into Quinn’s stomach area, making Quinn scream out loud.

“NOOOOO!!!! I’m not going anywhere near Richard. I won’t be contacting him again. Don’t… don’t stab me, please.” Quinn sobbed, already resigned to her current situation. She could never win against a crazy woman ready to take her life’s only dream.

The tip of the knife that Anxia was holding stopped exactly on Quinn’s stomach as Anxia stopped her movements.

“How can I trust you? Earlier, you did not believe I was my child’s mother. I don’t care if you want to believe it or not, but I really care whether I can trust you.”

Quinn’s tears started flowing again. “What must I do to make you believe?”

“Interesting question. The answer is... you could do nothing to make me believe you. Because as long as you are alive, I will never be able to believe. Maybe… if you die, I will believe it.”

Quinn bit her lip while teary-eyed hearing Anxia’s last sentence, inviting an evil smirk plastered on Anxia’s lips.

“Xia Xia, that’s enough.”

Anxia and Quinn turned towards the sound source, where Richard was standing by the door.

“Ah, you came too soon. Can’t you see I’m having fun here?”

Having fun!? Quinn screamed in disbelief.

“I brought Lori here. Can you stay with her for a bit? I will catch up with you later.”

“Okay.” Anxia straightened her body and then stuck the knife right beside Quinn’s face in the wood plank, making Quinn scream in terror for the umpteenth time.

Anxia walked up to Richard without hesitation, grabbed the man by the collar, and planted the most aggressive and passionate kiss she could make on her husband.

Richard was a little surprised to receive his wife’s advances, but he enjoyed it and his arms wrapped around her body to welcome her kiss. On the other hand, Quinn was helplessly seeing the couple’s intimacy.

‘You are such a heartless couple! Can’t you see I’m still hanging upside down here??’
