Chapter 52: Introducing Collins.
But that was highly unlikely, Kyle used an Uber to get to his destination because he had left his car back home and had no regrets.
Kyle didn\'t mind this and arrived in less than twenty minutes.
He left the car and noticed that the site had all kinds of fancy construction trucks around, this was either to show them that they were the real deal.
There were no buildings on site, just an RV in the middle.
Kyle waited outside for a second, even the Uber he came with questioned if he would be alright and lingered around for a bit longer to confirm if he would be safe.
This was an act of kindness but Kyle assured him he would be fine because whoever was in that RV was expecting him so it didn\'t take long for them to exit the vehicle.
It was a man in his late-forties but his body was built like a Greek God that was summoned from Oympus to show mankind the next step of evolution.
His grey hair betrayed him despite his face doing anything but look his age.
"Hello there. You\'re Kyle? The one I spoke with on the phone?" The man inquired.
Kyle was expecting someone his age and was surprised to see a man this advanced in years standing before him but this made his choice of workplace even more questionable.
There had to be a reason his body was like this and that was all the heavy lifting that came with construction, Kyle immediately knew he was the real deal.
"That is correct. And you\'re Collins, right?" Kyle responded, approaching the older man.
Collins nodded to confirm this, gesturing for Kyle to enter his RV, Kyle wasn\'t sure if this was his workplace or where he lived but he was hesitant to enter.
What if he never came out or worse, was taken hostage because if he screamed at the top of his lungs, no one would hear him this far out but there was no way he would leave a witness if he planned to do something.
Kyle shook his head at the absurd thought, he didn\'t know how it even made its way into his mind.
He entered the RV and to his utmost surprise.
The RV was decorated and set up like a proper office, it wasn\'t anything cheap either which further confirmed his legitimacy even though his choice of workplace was strange, no doubt.
"I see James wasn\'t kidding," Collins said sternly, gesturing for Kyle to sit which he did while he sat opposite him with a table separating them.
" Good, if James has briefed you then you know exactly why I am here," Kyle said, glad he could skip all the formalities and get straight to the point.

" That is right. We can begin construction whenever you\'re ready. Most clients take a month to prepa-!" Kyle cut Collins short.
" How about tomorrow?" Kyle responded breaking Collins\'s concentration, staring at Kyle in confusion.
" Tomorrow? Do you have the blueprint down? And this isn\'t going to be cheap either so maybe we can work out an installment plan?" Collins responded, trying to make Kyle understand that this wasn\'t something done in the heat of the moment.
" A blueprint?" Kyle thought to himself, in truth, he didn\'t care how it looked because it was simply a disguise to mask his actual source of income.
"I have something I would like for you to imitate," Kyle quickly responded, taking out his phone to search the web for some of the most luxurious nightclubs but acted like it had it elected already when he was just making the selection.
Kyle picked one quickly but he had to think of a few changes to make his unique and that was including a restaurant and strip club section within that very same building but separated.
It was a smart idea as it would mean that this place wouldn\'t only be operational at night but during the day.
People can come to dance or get their rocks off but it would appeal to every desire a person could and would have.
He showed Collins, Collins took his phone and couldn\'t help but notice that this phone was in the mid-range area which was weird considering he had enough money to reconstruct a building.
Then again, it might not be him doing too directly but rather a bigger project that involved multiple people.
"This will be very expensive, are you sure about this?" Collins questioned but Kyle shook his head to reassure him. Collins couldn\'t draw up a budget at the moment however, he could give an estimated budget.
"This will cost anything between $800,000-$2,500,000…" Collins said, half expecting Kyle to back out once he heard the cost.
Kyle gestured for his phone.
" That\'s right, I thought so too," Collins thought while handing him his phone, taking this as a sign that Kyle was backing out.
Collins knew that a project this big would set him up for the coming years but it was too good to be true.
"So, do you want cash or would a transfer do?" A voice snapped him back to reality.
"What?" Collins asked. He wanted to confirm he heard what he did.
"I asked how I should send you the money… $2,500,000 was it?" Kyle repeated and the man nodded viciously.
He wrote down his account number and it took a little over a minute for him to receive the alert of 2.5 million dollars.
Kyle had done everything to begin his life, he was aware that this club could also provide him an escape.
He couldn\'t stay in his house 24/7, he had to act like a hardworking man so no one could ever question how his money was made.
