Chapter 328: New Elders 1

So, Axel, Aron, Rox, Trishna, and Mark were the current leaders now. Axel was also given a file. The file contained all the information and internal structure of the Venu family.

Venu family had 1 headquarters and 4 branches. The headquarter was in the Kanto region. That was where he was right now. The 4 branches were in Jhoto, Sinnoh, Kalos, and Ferrum.

The headquarter now had around 600 members. 400 of them were actually from the Venu family and 200 of them were outsiders. The branches consisted of around 100 members each with 40 of them being outsiders except for for Ferrum.

Ferrum was one of the trivial regions. It was mainly used for the ranking examination of Venu family members. But it was so much more than that. There were multiple organizations and families that also had their branches there. The region consisted of towns, cities, stadiums, ancient ruins, multiple islands, and even a dragon nest.

Once in 4 years, they hold the Ferrum league. The winner of the league would get to control 40% of the region for 1 year. The winner would basically be a board member of the Ferrum League. An organization could do a lot from that.

Ferrum was also used for harsh training of the members.

So, the Venu family had around 300 members in the Ferrum league and all of them were actual members. This was too important and they could not assign an outsider to it.

So, the Venu family had around 1200 members in total right now. That was not a huge number but it was expanding.

Axel looked at the finances and realized that the Venu family had around 3 Trillion Pokedollars as savings. This had recently increased since it took over the gym and Axel\'s reputation. 3 Trillion Poke dollars might seem a lot for an organization having only 1200 members but it was still less as per Axel.

As of right now, he had done many transactions and they were in billions. So a whole organization having only 3 trillion Poke dollars was not so much.

The looked at the books and he realized that the finance handling system of this world was not so advanced compared to Earth. So, he started to write something and called all the branch elders responsible for finance to have a meeting tomorrow.

"The new elder called us all for the meeting. What do you think it is all about?", asked a white haired old man.

"I don\'t know Josh. Maybe he wants to introduce himself to us.", said a middle aged man.

"Or maybe he wants to show his dominance. He is said to be a young kid who had contributed exceptionally to the family. That was why the leader chose him to be an elder.", said another middle-aged man.

"I don\'t know anything but he doesn\'t seem to value time. He is already late for the meeting.", said a middle-aged woman.

All of them were on video call. Axel had called all of them to talk about the finances of the family. All of them were the elders of the 4 branches who focused on finance.

Axel connected his computer and he joined the meeting.

"I apologize for the delay. Have a lot on my plate right now. So, why don\'t we start with introductions? My name is Axel Blaze and I am the head elder of finance, management, and training."

"Hello, elder Axel. I am Josh and I handle the finance in Johto region."

"Ron from Sinnoh region."

"Kusum from Kalos region. I handle all the finance of Kalos."

"I am Rajiv and I am an elder from Ferrum region. I handle the finance and communication of the region."

"Glad to meet all of you. I read all the files and it is safe to say that I have preface knowledge about our situation."

"Can you tell us how you feel about it?", asked Ron.

"I must say that I am disappointed. I have only read for a couple of hours so I have still not found any fraud or corruption but the recording of these financial documents is abysmal. It is very hard to track anything with these documents."

"Well, finance is a complicated topic. We have tried our best to be as transparent as we could.", said Josh.

"I don\'t think that it is enough. I want them to be so transparent that I could figure out fraud or corruption within a day.", said Axel.

"Mr. Axel, I don\'t want to be rude but that is simply not possible. Not only us but these financial policies are followed all over the world. If you have any good ideas, please let me know. We would be happy to apply it.", said Kusum.

"I am happy that you have asked. That is one of the reasons that I was late in today\'s meeting.", said Axel and brought out a medium-sized book under view.

"This book contains the new financial policy in detail. There are many new concepts on it. I would be sending each of you a copy of this book and you are to be trained and train your associates in it within a month.

After a month, this policy would apply.", said Axel.

This was the concept of a double entry system in accounting. This book details how to do journal entry, payment entry etc. It also detailed on how to organize supporting documents and do bank reconciliations. There were provisions on supporting documents and bank reconciliations but Axel\'s way was much better.

There were also other known concepts like demand, supply and other things. They were already in use here but he detailed them for them to understand.
