Chapter 597 597. PUREST MANA
The rumbling of clouds drew nearer and nearer and soon; Noah with his group of experts arrived within the familiar environment that was the rumbling clouds surrounding the city of the Divine lightning guild.
His oath flashed when he arrived on the insides of those clouds and for the first time since the journey, he took hold of those experts with his mental waves and shot forward.
Their figures shattered the sound barrier as they arrived close to the city.
Their arrival had already been noticed, and soon multiple flashes of lights appeared around Noah and the twelve right before they arrived above the city.
Elder Ezra, Elder Velsvon, Elder Adonis.
Noah halted before their figures and felt their eyes scan the entire group.
"Aiden," Elder Ezra spoke, floating forward.
"You arrived later than we expected."
Noah nodded to her words.
"There were a few hiccups here and there," he explained, nodding his head.
The group ended up spending three days on their journey back to the guild, and during those days they encountered wild beasts.
Rather than fight such beasts, Noah sent the twelve to deal with them while he stayed back.
He watched their powers unfold and how well they could work together.
Nevertheless, there had been an issue that managed to weigh on his mind: the gaze he felt coming from all around him.
Noah had felt the whole world look at him for all those days. It vanished for short periods only to return with greater intensity. An issue he did not know how to solve.
"Is that so…" Elder Ezra said, and he nodded.
After that, the twelve were moved to the building that they stayed in and realized some new features had been added.
Noah on the other hand followed the three grand elders into the castle at the center of the clouds above the city.
They exchanged words with him, and he got to find out officially that the city of Yeldel had realized the annihilation of the three noble families.
It was interesting how information could go around so quickly.
Noah went forth to Elder Sarah\'s mansion. His arrival excited her, and she ended up getting herself drunk that night.
For the first time, Noah watched her lose her cool completely. After several hours of drinking, of course.
He found his master rather adorable. Or at least what he saw would be classified as that.
He went on to spend a few days in her mansion.
Having held back from revealing the various resources he had harvested, Noah decided it was time.
He teleported into the castle of the grand elders and he watched the whole place tremble as its defensive measures reacted.
Elder Ezra appeared before him right before the entire place activated its tier 5 attacks.
"What is it?" She asked raising an eyebrow in surprise and slight annoyance.
"You\'ve never done this... Especially out of the blue. Is there something wrong?"
"No... but I have something that greatly concerns the guild," Noah stated.
She furrowed her eyebrows. Understanding how serious Aiden was, she couldn\'t help but find his words compelling.
"Ok... unless you don\'t want to be killed, you should never repeat what you just did," she warned, frowning. How he of a lower cultivation level could bypass the various defenses without effort intrigued her.
"Don\'t worry. I won\'t die."
Elder Ezra clicked her tongue even if she called upon her colleagues.
"What is this thing you want to speak of?" She asked whilst they walked down the hallways, going towards the throne room for all grand elders.
"I\'d rather speak when you all are gathered," Noah revealed, shaking his head.
She remained silent after that point. Although utterly curious.
It remained astonishing how there existed a person who could still keep her in that much suspense.
\'This world really is filled with interesting experts beyond my knowledge.\'
Noah did not open his mouth until he was in the presence of five grand elders.
Elder Ezra, Adonis, Velsvon, Uriah, and Montel.
Their exalted gazes landed on his figure and continued to study him.
Despite his middle-stage level, Noah felt stronger than the average higher-stage.
At least their vast knowledge could allow them to see that reality.
What he had to say had to be something of great consequence.
Utterly unfazed by the sheer amount of power present in that room, Noah swept his silver gaze on the golden chamber around him.
He remembered the giant golden armored figures possessing power in the fifth tier.
He continued to inspect the room, before simply stepping on a platform of solidified air.
Noah waved his hand before the rather interested gazes of those experts and in the blink of an eye a huge heap of shining stones flickered into existence.
The event ended up being capable of drowning other lights in that place, and the mana density instantly exploded.
So much so that blue mists almost instantly appeared in the large room.
"I found this on my rather adventurous expedition," Noah announced, seeing those experts rise with shock.
"And I thought I should give them to the guild since the times are hard."
He swept his gaze on them and saw real shock on their features.
"You should use this to nurture powerful experts. This should be more than enough to raise hundreds of tier four experts... maybe even fifth-tier cultivators." He explained, before allowing silence to reign.
"Aiden... how?" Elder Ezra broke that quietness, as went forth to float before the crystals and mana stones.
Although there were in a heap, Noah had been thorough enough to stack the mana crystals in a proper heap so they didn\'t shatter, thereby ruining their value.
She picked a mana crystal and took a deep breath.
A trail of blue mist flowed out of the crystal to enter her nostrils and her aura flickered.
"That\'s the purest mana I\'ve tasted..." Her words trailed into non-existence.
"Sure..." Noah nodded his head whilst those elders circled the huge mass. Noah and Erolia had gathered a whole lot.
The sheer amount of blue mana stones in there remained stunning. The other colors too. But most were within the yellow range to blue.
Then the crystals.
Those elders inspected the mass, but no one touched it apart from Elder Ezra.
There had to be enough mana there to push them into the sixth tier!
"How did you get this?" Elder Veslvon asked, having a bit of understanding.
"An underground cave," Noah replied. "In Yeldel."
"How?" Elder Ezra asked again. Her question was more out of disbelief.
"What happened to this cave?" Elder Montel asked.
"It crumbled," Noah answered, shattering his hopes.
"You managed to get this much... how did they not find out themselves," Elder Adonis was the one to speak now.
"Its location was rather special. I cannot blame them for not finding it."
"This is incredible." Elder Ezra remarked at some point.
"I know. That\'s why I want you to use it in building our guild members. This war requires terribly powerful experts. Raise such entities." Noah explained.
Those elders could not but fall silent. Noah wondered if they desired to use the resources before them to further their power or something.
If that turned out to be the case he would take his findings and do as he pleased with them.
"You\'re correct." Elder Uriah spoke. She had been silent all this while, but several times her gaze had jumped between Noah\'s figure and the mass of shining resources.
Noah nodded at her words.
"I will take my leave now," he announced, even if his figure shone with a white light and he disappeared from that room.
The elders remained unfazed by the event, but a heavy silence reigned in the midst. It took a few minutes before they finally started talking again, excitement and disbelief present in the air.
The guild was about to explode in strength.
