Chapter 392 Scolded And Reminded

CHAPTER 392
POW!
A reassuring slap flew across Fang Daiyu\'s face, sending her head to the side.
"Damn you!" Fang Mei cursed. "What stupid explanation do you have for your loosed attitude?"
Fang Daiyu kept her head lowered, she did not wish to implore her mother\'s rage once more. This was enough punishment for her.
"I am speaking to you! Answer me!"
"I\'m sorry, moth…" the words had barely left her mouth when another slap was sent across her cheeks.
The stinging sensation it came with made her eyes water as she reached up to touch her face.
"I told you to behave and be proper," Fang Mei thundered, "and your first point of action was to throw a pool party for you and your friends while you ground your hips in the hard-on of a young man."
Words could not describe the pain setting on her face which ached her more than the insulting words her mother sent her way.
"Are you so eager for a dick?" Fang Daiyu questioned. "I told you to aim at getting Sun Yichen but what do you do? Throw away Jingyi to mess around with an unknown he-goat from the slumps."
"He is not a he-goat," she stated challengingly and was rewarded with another slap.
"A man who would lose his morals in a girl\'s father\'s house and act that way is one. Aren\'t you tired of the life we used to live? Why do you want to ruin your future with him? Can he compare to any of the other guys out there?"
Fang Daiyu bit her tongue, holding back the urge to speak to her mother.
"I did everything I could to care for you and provide a good life for you and your brother but what do I get as thanks? You mess around."
"Mother I…" a sharp glare was sent her way, forcing her lips shut as she lowered her gaze once more.
"If you must mess around then throw yourself in the arms of Sun Yichen."
"He doesn\'t like me."
"Then make him to."
"He barely spared me a glance when we saw yesterday. I do not think…"
"Did I train a failure? What\'s a man when a woman\'s charm is involved? Get him cornered, drug if you must and get pregnant for him. He cannot say no."
She breathed out and eyed her daughter. She hoped all her words sunk in and not be wasted on a lousy soul.
Still, she could not help push forward her plans. "Once their company rises, we would have hit the jackpot and you can rival Andromeda."
"Okay."
"Okay?" Fang Mei pursed her lips. Stand straight. Want it and mean it."
"Yes, mother."
She did as she was told, putting up her best forced smile till she got her mother\'s approval.
"You do not have time. Since he saw you yesterday, you must meet with him today while thoughts of you still linger in his mind. I would have my informant tell me where he is this evening. It is time to shoot your shot."
Fang Daiyu nodded but refrained from speaking.
"Use what you have to get what you want. When you have accomplished this task, I would let you in on my plan to get Andromeda down."
Immediately she heard what her mother\'s thoughts were, her eyes lit up.
"I was going to tell you but I see your brain hasn\'t caught on, to things. Imagine if Kai Beifang had come before me."
"It was just a small fun. I was going to clean up before you two came home at 5."
"Oh well. I had plans to make, I took an early leave from work," Fang Mei explained.
"Not just that, you should worry about what the maids would say. What if he has eyes on you? I need you to outshine Andromeda in all ways."
"But if I get pregnant wouldn\'t daddy be mad at me?" Fang Daiyu questioned.
It was at this point Fang Mei knew she had not taken that into consideration.
"Who knows, we would make him not know. Give Sun Yichen a good time first, make him not forget you. Then we can proceed."
"What if I get knocked up?"
"Then we pressure him into marriage. With that, he would be married to you before you show and your father won\'t be able to speak."
Rather than be filled with joy, Fang Mei was shocked to see her daughter looking gloomy.
"What is it?" She asked with her stern eyes scanning her daughter as though she had done something wrong.
"It is nothing." Fang Mei raised a brow, silently threatening her. "It\'s just, I was wondering what dad would be up to by now?"
"Your father? He is at the company. Why would you ask that?"
"Not Kai Beifang. I meant Gong Han."
The aura about her dropped as did her gaze. All traces of a smile on her face was immediately washed away, leaving a very enraged Fang Daiyu.
"This would be the last time you would mention that low life before me."
"I understand you must hate him but he is my father."
"And look where I got myself with you. I did well. You do not need such kind of men to drag you down. Focus on the task ahead. That is all that matters."
She stretched her hand, trying to reach for Fang Daiyu\'s face when the later shrunk in response.
"Relax." Her fingers lightly caressed her daughter\'s cheek. She pulled her closer to her body and whispered, "It is okay. We shall prevail."
******
Having spoken to her daughter, Fang Mei was not scared she would flop, knowing fully well Fang Daiyu wouldn\'t want to make her mad.
Getting her the information needed. She was informed of the time and place Sun Yichen would be and told her daughter.
At once Fang Daiyu took her advice and got dressed, ready for the lovely mission she was to undertake.
Her lips smacked together as she took in her reflection in the mirror.
Red hot smoky gown, a complement to the make-up on her face as she unpacked her hair, leaving it to cascade down her back and chest.
"Bingo."
