Chapter 73 - Breakfast After S*x (2)
An intrigued look crossed Alyssa\'s face. At least he was open to a variety of things. She was sure that they would figure something out.
Anything they did would be fun because they were together. Breakfast did sound nice now, though.
"Are we making something? Do you cook?" Alyssa asked him as they got out of bed to pull on their clothes.
She would just have to deal with her clothes from last night for now. Maybe she could swing by the dorm after breakfast and change her clothes.
Elias laughed as he led her out of the bedroom.
"Why do you sound so surprised?" he asked her as they walked to the open kitchen together.
Alyssa followed him around the marble island to the fridge.
"A lot of guys at this age don\'t cook," she replied with a shrug. Then again, she didn\'t cook much either.
All she had was a microwave in her room, and there was only so much she could cook with only that and a mini fridge.
The dorm rules wouldn\'t let her have anything fancier than that.
"I\'m not like a lot of guys. My dad taught me how to cook. He said a man should know how to cook to make sure his love is never hungry.
Plus my mom is a horrible cook so I learned that in case my dad isn\'t around I can take care of her."
Elias said with a smirk as he opened the fridge. He glanced at her. "Pancakes and bacon?"
"Sounds perfect," Alyssa replied, looking impressed. She got a man who could cook too. She just kept racking up points. "I\'ll make the batter if you cook the bacon."
"Deal," Elias said before beginning to pull out all the ingredients they would need. "It\'s okay if you get a little messy. I\'ll clean you off."
Laughter broke from Alyssa as she shook her head at him and his ridiculousness. She would be sure to remember that. It honestly didn\'t sound like a bad time, but she was focused on breakfast right now.
She had a different type of hunger to sate than the one he was hinting at.
They worked alongside each other and together, completely in sync. It felt like a normal day, and Alyssa liked that feeling. It was so easy just to exist with him, and that solidified her thought that he was possibly the one for her.
It was harder to fit with anyone else. It took more effort and drained her in ways. She never felt drained around him.
She didn\'t feel like she needed space from him or that he was overwhelming. He charged her up, and she liked being around someone who made her feel more like herself.
They ate at his island, talking and laughing about things that happened during the semester.
They had so many memories together to reflect on just in that short amount of time, and they could make so many more in the semesters to come.
These moments felt perfect. There was no tension, no worries. They were just having fun being themselves over crispy bacon and fluffy pancakes.
When she thought about spending time over at Elias\' apartment, this scenario hadn\'t popped up in her head.
She thought they would mostly tumble around in the sheets, which they did, but she hadn\'t really thought of what else they would do. Maybe they would watch television.
Then again, she wasn\'t all that familiar with what couples did together in their own homes. All they really did was study and cuddle in her dorm because the rules were so strict and her dorm was so small.
They weren\'t limited here. They could do nearly anything they wanted to, and they chose moments like this.
"This feels… domestic," Alyssa commented before biting into her bacon. She felt like there was another word for this, but she couldn\'t think of it. She was just in a new environment.
Elias snorted a little as he gave her an amused look.
"That\'s how you describe this?" he asked.
Alyssa commented with a sheepish look.
"I\'m not used to moments like this. My parents fight over everything, so we didn\'t exactly have family breakfasts together," she explained. "I like this with you."
Elias\' face softened as he reached out to take her hand. He gave it a squeeze.
"I like this with you too. You can always have breakfast with me," he told her.
Alyssa laughed softly, feeling warm to her core just from that small sentiment.
"That sounds nice," she said before leaning forward to press her lips against his. "You taste like syrup."
"Still not as sweet as you tasted last night," Elias murmured as he grinned.
Like a snap, heat flared through Alyssa as she thought about all the things he did to her. She couldn\'t help but want to experience them all over again.
She popped the last bite of her bacon into her mouth before wiping her hands and then hopping off of the high chair. She extended her hand out to him.
Elias gave her a perplexed look as he took her hand and let her lead him out of the kitchen.
"Where are we going?" he asked her.
Alyssa led him through the bedroom and into the bathroom. She turned and slowly peeled off her tank top, keeping her eyes on his the entire time.
She felt goosebumps raise all along her skin. She already felt so sensitive.
"What are you up to?" Elias asked as he watched her with a glint in his eyes.
Alyssa shrugged as she unclasped her bra and then slid her skirt and panties off of her hips. She was being bold, but she kind of liked it. He seemed to like it too.
She found it so sexy how confident he was during sex. She wanted to be that way too. Trying it out was nerve wracking, but she flowed with what felt natural to her.
"Wanna hop in the shower?" Alyssa asked him as she nodded her head toward the shower. She ran her hand into her hair as the other trailed down her side.
She loved feeling so warm, so on edge already. He showed her a new side to herself.
"Is all we\'re doing is showering?" Elias replied as his eyes followed her hands. He stepped closer to her.
Alyssa cracked a smile as she briefly turned to turn on the shower. The water hissed from behind her as it shot out of the showerhead.
She hoped it was hot enough, but she had a feeling that wouldn\'t be a concern of theirs once they got into the shower.
"You\'ll just have to find out," she said as he reached her.
Her breath nearly hitched as she felt his hands roam over her body. She could never get enough of that feeling.
Elias pressed his lips against hers as his hands moved over her hips to grab her ass, drawing her against him.
"Let\'s not waste another second," he replied.
Alyssa wrapped her arms around his neck as he lifted her up and carried her into the shower. Her laughter echoed against the shower walls.
The hot water beat against her back as they indulged in each other. Things were about to get hot and steamy, and it had nothing to do with the shower.
