He looked away for a split second before focusing on the wolves again. The leader Luna, the white wolf was sitting on the master couch, he could see that she had dug a whole on it making a dent through the filling that acted as her impromptu bed.

She was surrounded by other two females, Sage and Nova that must have followed her lead to destroy the extended section of the couch. Titan the biggest was laying on the recliner which was scratched up too while knight was sitting near the coffee table closer to the females.

Finally, Darius the timid was still hovering around the entrance probably because he knew they were doing something wrong barging inside Samuel\'s house. He was there to make a quick exit if things escalated.

Samuel thought about what to do in this situation, he wasn\'t afraid per say but he felt like if they were to attack him, he might injure or even kill few of them. That would be disastrous of their newly established sanctuary which seemed like a dumb idea right about now.

But first, he decided to switch on the light, it might scare them away? but it would be problematic since he knew the patrol team would definitely shoot them seeing that they were so far away from the forest. After all it was a severe safety hazard!

He gently pressed the light switch as just like wolves squirmed by the sudden illumination. Maybe because his movement were too erratic or they were just scared, Titan hopped off the recliner and started slowly walk toward him while growling and showing his front canines.

" Easy, Easy. I am not trying to hurt you." Samuel stood his ground with both his hands in front of his body. They were dangerous animals, he didn\'t want to leave his guard down.

Knight also joined Titan trying to intimidate Samuel with low growls. Titan might have some sway over this pack but he had seen Luna command everyone before so he looked toward her to see what she was doing.

She looked curiously at him but still unwilling to do anything, it\'s like she was watching a fun scene with her friends. Samuel knew that it wouldn\'t be a easy task, he prepared himself as they were about a hand\'s length away from him.

Suddenly, Titan looked to his side and it looked like he was about to howl but he made a barely audible sound. Samuel knew that loud howls weren\'t the only way for them to communicate, there were countless variation of their body movement and how they position certain parts like tail or ears that contribute critically to their \'language\'.

This seemed like he was calling for Darius as Samuel could see him timidly approaching him. He had his head down as he took position right beside Titan as they encircled Samuel from three sides.

He knew that there was no getting out of it. He might injure few of them but that\'s better than putting them down. He first enveloped his whole body with a magical shield, by now he was able to form a thin film that could protect him from most of the things on the planet.

It\'s not that he tested his limit still it was something Apollo had mentioned in the past. He got into a aggressive stance as Titan made the first move. He lunged trying to bring him down with his humongous body but Samuel stood tall and caught his head with both his hands.

He wasn\'t as heavy as he imagined probably around hundred fifty pound or something but he was dashing so the impact was amplified due to momentum.

" Grrgghhh....growl...grgghhh.." Titan wiggled around that\'s when Knight attacked him from the back. Samuel couldn\'t see but he could feel his teeth trying to penetrate his shields. He fling Titan around like a ragdoll slamming him on the floor and reached back catching Knight\'s head with one hand putting him right beside Titan.

They were constantly trying to claw everywhere with all four of their legs, if he didn\'t have protection his whole body would have been bleeding like a fountain! He was holding their massive skulls pushing them on the floor.

He could see them aggressively moving their body trying to free themselves but he was just too strong for them. They weren\'t even manage to move their head, just looking at him menacingly from down below.

Samuel was about to glance to see if Luna would come to their defence but before he could turn his head, he felt something biting his shoulder. Darius the coward finally made his move seeing his buddies being helpless against the strange man.

He tried his best and Samuel could tell as his teeth grinded against the shield. He was flinging his head around trying to rip his arm off but all he could was slam his snout on his neck. It was like he was biting into a metal making screeching noise whenever his teeths slipped over his shields.

" You are not getting through boy. It\'s better if you step down or I will smash your head." He looked the wolf straight in the eye. Just as he expected it worked perfectly as he could feel Darius removing his jaw and backing away cautiously.

It was good to have a nice workout so early in the morning but he was getting tired to entertain their shenanigans. He stood up letting go of the wolves and stared Luna straight in the eyes. Normally he would imagine all six of them working together to take him down but since they were chillin like they were watching a show their intentions didn\'t look like they were hungry.

It was more like they were playing around and taking him lightly. He slowly walked toward the living room getting few feet away from the leader as she growled warning him that he was violating her boundary.

All the other wolves also came closer to Luna like they were protecting her. Samuel smirked and decided to try to use his aura. He didn\'t know if it would work on wolves but he wanted to try it out. They already had some sort of connection through the power he acquired recently.

He couldn\'t feel the same hostility that animals have when their lives are threatened yet but that was about to change. He closed his eyes briefly and unleashed his chilling deadly aura that would be enough to most of the people pass out from fear.
